Health and Wellness Coach
Daniel works with participants in the Health Coaching program to help them develop sustainable habits that positively impact their overall health and well-being. He has 10+ years of experience designing and implementing program assessments, evaluations, and wellness services in a multidisciplinary medical/ educational environment.
Previously a Sports Performance Specialist, he is skilled in proper form and function for exercise as well as in strength, agility, conditioning, and coordination. He has served as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and mental health technician. Daniel is BLS CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified.
