Collaborative for Performance Excellence (CPX)

This virtual meeting experience will focus on “rebuilding” strategies to support American Medical Group Association (AMGA) members post the COVID-19 pandemic, utilizing data as the foundation for practical improvement. Over two days, CPX will broadcast educational sessions on financial performance, practice efficiency, telemedicine, total cost of care, leadership through change, and more. Michael Weiss, MPH, Director, Value Based Care, Populytics, will participate in a discussion titled, “Total Cost of Care and the Value Journey Moving Forward,” from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. on July 22.
