As people come together in a workplace it’s not always easy to balance differences and sometimes it just makes sense to seek assistance. This was the case for a nonprofit in northern New Jersey, where employee behavior was causing great turmoil. In addition, an onsite crisis one day brought work to a standstill while employees struggled to cope. Fortunately, this particular organization maintains an ongoing relationship with Preferred EAP. In both cases, licensed professionals were available and ready to intervene immediately with counseling and compassion.
