Intellectually, many of us know what we need to do to meet certain wellness goals. For example, if we want to eat healthier, we need to actively make different food choices. But it’s not always easy to do. This workshop aims to see these challenges as perfectly normal, and work on developing the skills necessary for altering our behavior. We’ll plan for typical pitfalls by providing practical strategies that will result in lasting change.
