Populytics Energizes Sales and Marketing with New Administrator

Populytics welcomes Bob Knauss, Admin., Business Development, Sales and Marketing, who will create sustained awareness and application of our services.

Populytics Inc. has announced the addition of Bob Knauss, Administrator, Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Knauss, who has an extensive background in health insurance plan marketing and management, will ensure presence in the communities served and targeted, creating sustained awareness and application of the products and services offered by Populytics.

In his new role, Knauss will oversee business development strategies for campaigns and programs in Populytics’ core areas: commercial health insurance, health care analytics, corporate/occupational health, workplace well-being, and care coordination. He will be responsible for the development and design of innovative programming to ensure market prominence and marketplace penetration. In addition, he will cultivate relationships with a wide constituency and will continue to build the referral base of brokers, consultants, business collaboratives and coalitions, payers, health care providers, and health networks.

Knauss brings more than 25 years’ experience in employee benefits/insurance for companies like Mass Mutual Greater Philadelphia and Dalrada Financial Corporation, based in California. His experience encompasses sales and marketing of all product lines; group benefit functions from the sales process through servicing and retention of accounts; managing a $10-million book of business for both for-profit and non-profit organizations; and strategic partnerships with 200 advisors.

A graduate of DeSales University, Center Valley, Knauss holds a Pennsylvania and New Jersey Producers License for Health/Life/Accident and a Securities Series 6/63 License for Variable/Fixed Life and Annuities. He is a member of the Saucon Valley Business & Friends Association, a past president of the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber, and past member of the Board of Governors of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and Board of Directors of the Southern Lehigh Chamber.
