Health educators, health coaches, and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) director joined together to present information on nutrition and mental health to members of the Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Health Care (LVBCH) in March. The well-attended, interactive presentation supporting “Healthy Living from Hire to Retire,” was held at the Renaissance Hotel, Allentown.
Attendees took part in a healthy stretch during the presentation. Visitors walked away with complimentary lunch containers, a “recipe for wellness” recipe card, and great information to take back to their respective companies to share with decision-makers and employees.
