Rich continues to lead Populytics’ claims processing capabilities in the volatile big data space, as he transitions into a management role. He led a team of data engineers in the construction and transformation of Populytics’ conventional SQL-based claims data pipeline into a high-performance big data infrastructure.
Stuart Gitomer, Administrator, Clinical & Business Analytics
Stuart oversees the development and deployment of the analytic programs and processes integral to transforming information into clinical and operational insights used throughout Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and Valley Preferred.
Lynda Henninger, Healthcare FSA Technician
As a Consumer Driven Healthcare/FSA Technician, Lynda will learn all aspects of FSA/HSA to ensure members’ accounts are deposited and credited correctly.
Kerry Snyder, Administrator, Health Informatics
Kerry directs client data management and custom applications development functions. He oversees data management from payers, health care systems, and employers; develops custom applications; and manages the data infrastructure for Populytics and Valley Preferred.
Meg Storm, Senior Marketing Technology Strategist, Marketing
Meg oversees all the digital marketing initiatives for Populytics and Valley Preferred, the physician hospital organization affiliated with Lehigh Valley Health Network. She also leads website development and electronic communication design/deployment/list integrity for both entities. This new role will enable her to focus on more strategic work that will lead to additional efficiencies.
Pauline Tran, Senior Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst, Health Care Analytics
Pauline continues to lead efforts in the assimilation of clinical data into value-based analytics. She now takes on additional responsibility in the areas of developing clinical registries, care management processes, and outcome reporting.

Nina Taggart, MD, MA, MD, MBA, FAAO, Senior Medical Director of Accountable Care, Valley Preferred, named to NAACOS Board of Directors
With her term beginning in January 2021, Dr. Taggart will assist in advancing the core mission of NAACOS, which focuses on fostering the growth of the ACO model of care. Board members represent a diverse range of ACO interests and help shape NAACOS priorities such as educating ACOs in operational and clinical best practices, advocating on behalf of ACOs with Congress and the executive branch, and educating the public about the value of accountable care.
