Denise Woodworth Among Lehigh Valley Business “Women Of Influence”

Honorees have been selected based on tremendous professional accomplishments, community involvement, and a commitment to mentoring

Populytics Inc., regional leader in health care data analytics and population health management, and wholly owned subsidiary of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), has announced that Denise Woodworth, MBA, was named in the Lehigh Valley Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2022. The high-achieving honorees with this title have been selected based on tremendous professional accomplishments, community involvement, and a commitment to mentoring.

In the professional realm, Woodworth is currently Senior Informatics Business Analyst with Populytics, Inc. Involving Vendor Relationship Management with a nationwide data analytics company, she manages initiatives to ingest data across partner entities, and facilitates collaboration among technology experts, business intelligence experts, and clinical leaders as well as other competencies.

She is an adjunct faculty member at DeSales University in the Healthcare MBA program. Here she teaches Management of Information and Communication Technologies in Healthcare Systems; arranges guest lectures and site visits, facilitating real-world experience; and mentors students in professional development, connecting them with established professionals.

Other professional achievements include pursuing Toastmasters International Awards for 11 years running and  achieving both the Advanced Bronze Communication Award and the Advanced Bronze Leadership Award. She also has served on the Sunrise Toastmasters board since 2016. Woodworth was a mentor by invitation in the Lehigh Valley Health Network Research Scholar program from 2011 to 2014 and currently is a mentor in LVHN’s MentorCity initiative.

Woodworth takes an interest in the community by working on LVHN’s committee for the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, in LVHN’s Colleague Ambassador program, and formerly for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley. She holds a Post Master’s Certification in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois, Chicago, Ill., an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pa., and a bachelor’s degree in economics from SUNY Potsdam, Potsdam, NY.
