A licensed marriage and family therapist, Sam uses multiple counseling modalities to help people identify and replace maladaptive patterns with healthier, more adaptive ones. He received his master’s in clinical and counseling psychology, couples and family therapy, from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA. During his career, he has worked in various treatment settings including intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, community delivered services, and community-based outpatient organizations. Most recently, he served as clinical supervisor for an outpatient program, providing therapy to clients and supervision to clinical staff. Sam’s approach to treatment is that of a collaborative teammate, addressing goals with clients on which they wish to focus.
