Populytics is Keeping the Momentum Going with New Sales Executive

Populytics has added seasoned sales professional Cary Salkin to its business development team to further promote its comprehensive well-being portfolio.

 

Populytics, Inc., a population health management and analytics firm, and wholly owned subsidiary of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), is ramping up its wellness services and insurance-related competencies. With the emphasis on healthy employees brought to the forefront by COVID-19, Populytics has added seasoned sales professional Cary Salkin to its business development team to further promote its comprehensive well-being portfolio.

In his new role as Sales Executive, Salkin will drive new sales and account management for BeneFIT Corporate Wellness and Preferred EAP, Populytics’ divisions that provide physical and emotional well-being services to employers locally and around the country. Additionally, he will collaborate with local employers toward increased awareness and involvement in our Lehigh Valley Flex Blue insurance plan, created in collaboration with Highmark.

Salkin’s background includes 20+ years of leadership in attracting and retaining new business and playing a strategic role in product enhancement. He has strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to quickly establish customer relationships, promote marketing initiatives, and develop competitive strategies. With a solid background in sales and business development, Salkin previously was Second Vice President and Regional Sales Director of Ancillary Products at Nippon Life Benefits in Bethlehem, Pa. Prior to that, he was Regional Director of the Small Group Sales Bethlehem Sales Team at Guardian Life Insurance Company in Bethlehem, Pa.

A winner of numerous sales awards during his career, he is a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent in Pennsylvania. Salkin holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Marketing Major, from Bryant University, Smithfield, RI.
