Melanie St. Hill

Melanie has over 25 years of management operations experience servicing major financial services and health care organizations. As Director of Group Health Services supporting Health Benefits Administration within Populytics, she has oversite responsibility for the performance of the claims operations, claims adjudication, and call center units. With an impressive track record demonstrating expertise in quality assurance, staff development, and customer service, Melanie joined the organization in 2010. She has been instrumental in launching and nurturing relationships with key vendor partners supporting critical and multi-faceted functions within her span of control.
Prior to joining Populytics, Melanie was Quality Assurance Manager with Wells Fargo Auto Finance overseeing quality assurance for the nine Wells Fargo Auto Finance Call Centers nationwide. She also served as Patient Financial Services Manager with Sharp Healthcare in San Diego, CA, prior to returning to the Lehigh Valley in 2002. Melanie holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Moravian College.
