Melanie St. Hill
Administrator, Group Health Services
As Administrator, Melanie provides operational and strategic guidance and direction to all group health services leaders and staff spanning claims adjudication, the call center, client support, quality assurance and colleagues providing ancillary health plan administration services. She has more than 25 years of management operations experience servicing major financial services and health care organizations and has been a member of the Populytics management team since 2010.
In her previous role as Director of Group Health at Populytics, Melanie implemented systems and process enhancement that significantly improved member service and efficiency in such specialty areas as COBRA, stop loss and recovery, provider database management, QA, and consumer-directed health care. Prior to joining Populytics, Melanie was Quality Assurance Manager with Wells Fargo Auto Finance overseeing quality assurance for the nine Wells Fargo Auto Finance Call Centers nationwide. She also served as Patient Financial Services Manager with Sharp Healthcare in San Diego, CA, prior to returning to the Lehigh Valley in 2002. Melanie holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Moravian College.
